I've been doing the whole survey and incentive thing for a while now, but the site that I've been enjoying most lately is mylot.
You can earn money just for posting discussions... seriously. There is also a whole lot of incentive offers referred to as "tasks" where you can make some $$ for completing different requirements set out by the "taskers". And yes, they use PayPal.
